Return Policy

At The Brazilian Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all tags attached
• Have the hygienic liner intact and attached
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, lotions, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without the protective liner.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to make it right.
